Taking Flight
This work was born from a desire to introduce flowing drips into the foreground of a bouquet of flowers. What initially seemed like a bold gesture proved to be a decisive step in the development of my visual language. As they emerged in the foreground, the drips became a turning point, opening a passage toward the elsewhere I had been intuitively seeking.
Through this experience, I came to understand that my work does not approach nature as a simple subject of representation, but as a vehicle for transformation. Flowers, plant forms, and their continual metamorphoses become mediators of a journey into inner landscapes. They invite the viewer to move beyond the visible and explore a more sensitive realm, where memory, emotion, and imagination converge.
